Changing Variables

I cant figure out why the local or global variables are not updating

I have assigned it to the local varible

And i can see them updating on the script

But it is not updating on the local varibles



Any ideas why it is not working ?

You should assign the value to storeResult rather than overriding it:

storeResult.Value = GameObject.Find(hit.collider.name);
