Capsule Collider and Rootmotion Animation

Hey, I've just added a 90 degree turning animation that uses rootmotion of. As soon as the clip triggers, the capsule collider stops in it's tracks, while the character moves away from it. I've set use Rootmotion rotation and position in the behaviour, any ideas why it could be doing this?

The only time that I have seen this happen is if you are using root motion and you baked the animations within the data.
 
That does look correct. Have you tried replacing other animations to see if it's animation specific? When it is using root motion the capsule should move as the character moves.
 
Tried a different animation and worked as expected first time - capsule stays with the character and all is well. Thanks for the help.
