Can't access the Behavior Designer/UCC integration Samples ->

I just bought Behavior Designer from the Unity Asset Store. I opened and imported the package in Unity, and that worked fine, but I would like to download the Samples that are presented on Tools -> Behavior Designer -> Welcome Screen. I'm redirected to a download page, but when I enter my order number or my invoice number from either UCC or BD, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong here?
