after i build and exe file with my project my character dont respawn in scene (in playmode yes) instead i have white block

I think you will need to provide more detail before any response is generated back to you. You are not telling anyone anything other than there is a build issue, which is most likely on your side/scene(s). I assume the white block is suppose to be your character. You sure it's not a test block of some sort that you forgot to disable and re-enable your character. Is this Single Player, MP.

Do you get any errors or warning messages? (try attaching the console to the dev build) You say "respawn" - so the character appears fine when you first start the game, but not when the character respawns? How are you using the respawn?
