[BUG] The Editor of `Item Action Bindings` under `Equipment` tab not work for `CategoryItemActionSetBinding`

If you assign a `Category Item Action Set` in the UI Designer for your Equipment View, the UI Designer seems accept your change, but it will not affect that component in the inspector. After a period of time, it will randomly be assigned to inspector(not sure the right condition)

Update： if you press `Ctrl + S`, the change will reflect to the inspector. So maybe here need an auto save？
