Atlas Aim

I just learned to use a custom weapon. I'm learning scope aiming. What I'm confused about is who set the AtlasAim state? In the demo? Which part of the set state is active so the assault rifle changes position? I just want to know why it's called atlasAim instead of regular aim. Since it's not regular, who set atlas Aim?

This is set on the Aim ability. Did you name your weapon atlas? The State Name field allows you to append the item name.

I want to know who calls the AtlasAim state, in the assault rifle weapon there is an AtlasAim state, my assumption in the demo is that there is something that calls the State when aiming, he will activate the AtlasAim state, I checked his aim ability, he doesn't have a state that calls AtlasAim, or am I wrong in my assumption?
