A* Pathfinding character setup

I seem to be having an issue setting my AI Character up with A* pathfinder

I created a AI/Navmesh Agent and backed the terrain, I have Behaviour designer with the movement pack (with A* integration) - I followed the videos and set up a simple AI character which works perfectly. I followed the same process for my UTPS character but im having a problem.

I added the A* follow behaviour and set the target to my Cylinder AI, I also added the Agent Movement ability to the Ultimate Character locomotion script but my character runs on the spot, when i move the target the path finder works but my character doesn't follow it.
