If I create the state in the character IK Script, like the Aim demo in the video, I have the Hand weight available.
I can Adjust to 0 as in the documentation says if y use IK object to adjust Left Hand position but In the vidéo according State at 2m07s you are able to create State name...

I think it's faster to tweak the Y value directly in the inspector.
